Now that you’ve found a uncompetitive niche in high demand, its time to make your own website. If you’ve never made a website before, that is fine, I’m going to show you everything that is needed.

Steps needed to make your own profitable website

  • Determine your domain name: Your domain name (www.YourDomainName.com) should contain your main keyword in it. By having your keyword in your domain name, you’ll instantly tell any search engines crawling your site that your site is about that keyword. Go to GoDaddy.com and search to see if your idea is available. If it’s not, try to give it a twist. For instance, if your main keyword is lawnmowers, obviously lawnmowers.com will be out of the question, but lowcostlawnmowers.com might be available and will also put the viewer of your page in the purchasing mindset since subconsciously, the viewer is being told you provide low cost lawnmowers.
    *Make sure your domain name doesn’t infringe on any copyrighted words! Check The U.S. Copyright Office before registering a domain.*
  • Register and Set up Hosting with HostGator : Why HostGator? Well, for starters, its the one I use (Don’t believe me? Go to Whois.com and enter QuickCashSchool.com). Besides being my hosting company of choice, they are also the most user friendly with great 24/7 customer service and are cheap. I pay $9.95 a month for multiple domain web hosting of all my websites. That is the greatest thing about HostGator, the fact that with one account, you pay $9.95 or less to host an UNLIMITED number of websites. This is key for us eBay Affiliate marketers since we will be creating a variety of websites to maximize our revenue streams. They also have a lot of great add-on’s that they offer such as WordPress integration, a forum generator, and various other useful tools to create viewer loyalty on your site. So once you learn how to make your own website, you’ll now be able to host all your pages for one low fee.


    • How to set up a website

    In order to set up your eBay affiliate profitable website, you’ll have to question your experience with websites and your budget. If you know how to make your own website, or if you already have a code generator for your website (ie: Microsoft Front Page) and would like to use the widgets and tools offered by the eBay Partner network, that is fine. If you’ve signed up with HostGator then all you have to do is scroll down on your Control Panel to Software/Services and click “Fantastico De Luxe”, from there you will see on the left side “WordPress.” Click that option and follow the steps necessary to complete the installation to make your own website.
